Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check and verify physical bills, invoices, and supporting documents for accuracy and approvals.
  • Maintain proper records and filing systems for bills, vouchers, and receipts.
  • Coordinate with accounts, purchase, and store departments for bill verification and approvals.
  • Assist in document handling, sorting, and maintaining files in an organized manner.
  • Handle office correspondence, courier dispatch, and other routine clerical tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all back-office operations.

Skills Required:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in manual checking of documents.
  • Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Basic understanding of billing and accounting procedures.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
  • Honest, disciplined, and dependable in daily work.
  • Good verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
