Job Description

Hiring Back Office Executive

Location: Bangur

Experience: 6 months- 2yrs

Skill: Excel & Spoken English require

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for deliveries, client meetings, and internal operations.
  • Liaise with sales representatives, logistics teams, warehouse staff, and customers to confirm availability and timing.
  • Maintain and update scheduling databases and calendars to ensure accuracy.
  • Communicate appointment details clearly to all stakeholders via phone, email, or messaging systems.
  • Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, or rescheduling efficiently and professionally.
  • Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, service-level agreements (SLAs), and customer expectations.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and logistics teams.
  • Monitor and report on appointment performance metrics and customer feedback.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts or issues as they arise and escalate when needed.
  • Support the smooth execution of promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal distribution plans.
