Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our growing operations. The role involves managing administrative tasks, documentation, and assisting in coordination across various departments. If you’re organized, computer-savvy, and eager to be part of a dynamic advertising environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle data entry, file management, and documentation
• Maintain and update internal records, client files, and project reports
• Coordinate with field teams and clients for smooth workflow
• Draft emails, reports, and presentations as required
• Assist in preparing proposals and media plans
• Manage office communications and support day-to-day operations

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum HSC or Graduate in any stream
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Prior experience in administrative or back-office roles preferred
• Freshers can also apply
