Back Office Executive

Job Description of Back Office Executive: 2-3 Years of experience in e-tendering process, responsible for managing the entire tendering and bidding process, from identifying the tender as per our requirement to coordinating, preparing and compiling of bid submission documents preferably in Central/ State Government portals like GEMS, defproc, wbtenders, bpcltenders, e-procurement, e-nivida,etc Strong proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint Full professional fluency in English Maintain correspondence with various departments Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end tendering and bidding processes – from identifying relevant tenders to document submission. Regularly monitor Central/State Government e-tender portals such as GeM, eProcurement, wb-tenders, defproc, e-nivida, BPCL tenders, etc. Review and interpret tender documents, ensuring all requirements are met. Prepare and compile necessary bid submission documents accurately and within deadlines. Upload tender submissions and supporting documentation to relevant portals. Maintain an organized filing system for contracts, letters, and internal documentation. Assist senior accountant with tasks such as data entry, document verification, and invoice follow-ups. Perform daily administrative and back-office tasks, including Excel reporting, Word documentation, and PowerPoint presentations. Coordinate correspondence and communication with various internal departments and external vendors. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and company information.
