Project Planning & Delivery: Quality Assurance and Risk Management: Evaluate various construction methods and determine the most cost-effective plan & schedule. Directing and monitoring of construction activities, delivery and use of materials. Plan and directly involve in project as a project-in-charge and responsible for construction and complete the project within stipulated time period.
1. Reinforcement Design & Detailing OversightSupervise the preparation of reinforcement shop drawings and BBS for structural elements (slabs, beams, columns, footings, retaining walls, etc.). Documentation & Quality AssuranceMaintain logs of issued drawings, revision histories, and BBS submissions for all projects. Implement QA/QC processes in detailing and scheduling of rebar across projects. 5. Team Management & MentoringLead a small team of junior reinforcement engineers and CAD technicians. Provide training on reinforcement detailing practices, software tools, and code compliance. 6. Support to Estimation, Procurement & BillingAssist estimation and billing teams in verifying rebar quantities. Coordinate with procurement for cut length and bending schedule-based material planning.
