We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing bills/invoices, following up on customer payments, and handling customer interactions in a professional and courteous manner. KEY RESPONSIBILITY Prepare accurate bills and invoices for customers using company billing software. Maintain and update records of customer accounts, payment status, and outstanding dues. Perform regular follow-ups with customers and clients for pending payments via phone, email, or in person. Assist customers with billing queries, complaints, or account-related concerns. Coordinate with the sales and accounts team to ensure accurate billing and smooth communication. Maintain organized files, receipts, and supporting documentation for all transactions. Support day-to-day administrative tasks as required by the management. REQUIRED SKILLS Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and billing/accounting software. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of accounts receivable/payable processes. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
