Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic office duties such as printing, sending emails, and managing correspondence
  • Assist and coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain and organize file documentation accurately
  • Create and update records, ensuring the accuracy and validity of information
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with suppliers, clients, customers, and colleagues
  • Support various administrative tasks as needed to facilitate business processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience as an Office Executive or similar role
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication
  • Knowledgeable in computer operating systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Presentable and professional appearance
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of financial processes
  • Experience range: 3-6 years
