Job Description

Job Title: Back Office Coordinator

Location: Pardi/Vapi
Gender: Female
Qualification: Graduate in any stream
Experience: 1–3 years
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Week Off: Sunday

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily back-office operations and data entry tasks.
  • Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other office documents as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and assist the front office or management team.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and documentation.
  • Support in billing, purchase, and vendor coordination work.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all administrative processes.

Key Skills:

  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and multitasking capability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
