Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Back Office Coordinator to join our team in IMT Manesar. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience in back office operations, data entry, and report making.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage records and prepare reports with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Perform data processing tasks efficiently and effectively.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operation of back office activities.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
Provide administrative support as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field, such as B.A, B.B.A, B.Com, or Bachelor of Hotel Management.
Proven experience in back office operations, data entry, and report making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
Experience in the ITES / BPO / KPO / LPO / Customer Service industry.
Skills: Back Office Executive, Back Office Coordinator, Backend, Report Management, Administrator, Data Entry Operator, Email Marketing.
