Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, energetic and well-organized Back Office Associate to support our day-to-day business operations. The role involves a mix of computer-based tasks, telecalling, local bank visits, typing, coordination and sales assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data entry, documentation & typing tasks on MS Word/Excel
• Handle incoming & outgoing calls related to customer queries or leads
• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Legal, Operations)
• Visit nearby banks or offices for document submission/follow-up
• Maintain CRM entries and daily task sheets
• Assist seniors in sales reporting, appointment fixing and client follow-up
• Support field staff with back-end coordination
• Handle emails, printing, scanning and WhatsApp communication
• Male Back Office Associates may be given touring task PAN Rajasthan

Required Skills & Eligibility:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)
• Must know computer typing, MS Word, Excel
• Basic knowledge of English & good Hindi communication
• Comfortable with field/outdoor work (local visits)
• Should be sincere, punctual and task-focused
• Maximum Age: 26 Years (Strictly)

Salary & Growth:

• Starting Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on Performance & skills)
• Incentives based on performance (if sales targets assisted)
• Promotion after 6–12 months based on work ethics & learning
• Training provided by the company

Working Days & Hours:

• 6 Days Working (Monday to Saturday)
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Location: Jaipur (No WFH)

Important Notes:

• This is not a pure telecalling or desk-only job. You’ll be expected to handle both desk & basic outdoor office support
• Preference will be given to female/male candidates under 26 years who are computer-efficient and can learn fast

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
