Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Assistant to support our day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Handle data entry, record keeping, and document management Maintain office files and update databases Coordinate with clients, students, and internal teams for smooth operations Prepare and manage reports, spreadsheets, and presentations Assist in scheduling meetings, calls, and follow-ups Support management in day-to-day administrative work Requirements: Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th pass with relevant skills Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in a back-office/admin role will be an advantage
