Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Back Office Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates based in Nashik who have excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Location: Nashik, Maharashtra
Job Type: Commission-Based, Target-Oriented

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
Present company services clearly and persuasively.
Follow up on leads and build strong client relationships.
Achieve assigned sales targets within deadlines.
Maintain call records and update daily progress reports.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th pass and above.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi and Marathi
Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic computer and internet knowledge.
