Role Overview: As a Customer Support Representative, your main responsibility will be to provide assistance to customers through tele-calling and data entry tasks. You will be required to address customer inquiries and concerns over the phone while ensuring accurate maintenance of records in the system. Key Responsibilities: - Handle both inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries - Ensure accurate and timely entry and updating of customer information in the database - Provide effective resolutions to customer issues in a timely manner - Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with customers Qualifications Required: - Preferably hold a Master's degree in any field - Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry and overall work experience - Proficiency in the English language Please note: The work location for this position is in person, requiring your presence at the designated office premises during day shifts.,
