Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end documentation work related to sales, dispatch, and operations.
  • Prepare and support bid and tender documentation as per company and client requirements.
  • Create and manage invoices, dispatch documents, delivery challans, and related records.
  • Generate and maintain E-Way Bills in compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of all documents.
  • Prepare reports, trackers, and MIS using Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth documentation and dispatch processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in documentation, billing, and dispatch processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of E-Way Bill creation.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
