Job Title: Back Office Assistant Location: Nashik Department: Administration / Operations Reporting To: Office Manager / Operations Head Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with strong Excel skills may also apply) Qualification : Graduate in any discipline Additional certification in MS Excel or data management is a plus Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day back office operations and support tasks Maintain and update Excel reports, databases, and documentation Perform data entry, analysis, and record management using advanced Excel tools Communicate with clients via email or phone for follow-ups and updates Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely task completion Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings Respond to client queries professionally and maintain strong client relations Support the team in administrative and operational tasks as required Skills Required: Expertise in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Formulas, etc.) Good written and spoken English communication skills Strong client handling and follow-up skills Good understanding of back-office processes and documentation Attention to detail and ability to multitask Positive attitude and willingness to learn Additional Information: Monday to Saturday working Opportunities for career growth based on performance
