Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Assistant, located in Ahmedabad. The Back Office Assistant will be responsible for handling back office operations, supporting administrative tasks, conducting customer service activities, and ensuring smooth communication within the team. This role involves data management, record keeping, and assisting in various internal processes to support overall business operations.

• Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process improvement
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in using office software and tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
