Back-End Sales Executive

Job Title: Backend Sales Executive Location: M CUBE SPACES Showroom Employment Type: Full-time About the Role- We are looking for a highly motivated Backend Sales Executive who will handle inbound leads, follow up with prospects, explain our products/services over calls, and drive conversions—either through direct sales or walk-ins to our office/showroom. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming leads from multiple sources (website inquiries, calls, social media, etc.). Make outbound follow-up calls to prospects and qualify their requirements. Explain product/service offerings clearly and confidently over phone/video calls. Maintain lead records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups. Schedule appointments and encourage walk-ins for product demonstrations. Understand customer pain points and provide relevant solutions. Share quotations, brochures, and necessary information to convert leads into sales. Coordinate with the sales/operations team to ensure smooth customer experience. Achieve monthly targets on lead conversions and sales closures. Provide feedback to management on lead quality, product demand, and customer insights. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer relationship roles. Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English & Hindi/regional language). Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Comfortable working on CRM tools, Excel, and WhatsApp Business. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Result-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
