Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Back-End Sales Executive to join our team. Please note this is an entry-level position, Suitable for Any Graduates/Post-Graduates. You will be responsible to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensure smooth sales team operations.

Location: Dighi, Pune

Number of Positions: 01 Only.

Salary Range: Rs.15,000 to Rs.20,000 per month In-hand (CTC: 2.38 LPA to 3 LPA).

Qualifications: Any Graduates /Postgraduates with Basic Computer Knowledge and good communication skills.

Experience: Freshers to 1 year of experience in Back-End Sales Support or any Back-End Profile.

Required Skills:

· Good Communication Skill Must (English, Hindi, Marathi)

· MS office (Word, Advance excel must)

· Computer Knowledge (Typing speed - 30 wpm)

Gender: Male candidates only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect necessary information from customer for customer profiling (Mail/Call/WhatsApp).
• Create quotation for assigned salespersons.
• Respond customers on WhatsApp, emails and calls (If needed) about requirements and queries.
• Take follow ups on quote shared and resolved their queries.
• Maintain data for Assigned salesperson.
• Ability to prioritize and handled Workload as given.
