Job Description

We are looking for backend loan operations job involves processing and managing loan applications from behind the scenes, including verifying applicant information, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with internal departments like underwriting and legal. Key responsibilities include handling loan closing and disbursement, maintaining accurate records, resolving discrepancies, and providing support to front-end staff and customers. Key responsibilities Loan processing: Review and process loan applications, verify applicant information, and prepare files for underwriting. Compliance: Ensure all loan operations comply with relevant regulations and internal policies. Coordination: Work with underwriters, legal teams, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth loan processing. Disbursement and closing: Manage the final stages of the loan process, including closing and disbursement. Record keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential records of all loan applications and customer interactions. Discrepancy resolution: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the loan lifecycle. Process improvement: Assist in implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity. Customer service: Provide support to customers and handle inquiries related to their loan applications.
