· Read and understand technical drawings to ensure that designs and specifications are carried out accurately. · Survey the site measurement based on the GFC drawing. · Plan and manage daily site activities, such as resource allocation, task scheduling, and progress tracking. · Demonstrate material inspection expertise by ensuring quality standards and project requirements are met. · Supervise and coordinate labour teams, offering guidance and support to ensure smooth and safe fabrication & installation. · Use excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, resulting in smooth project coordination and timely completion. · Use your technical knowledge to resolve on-site issues and provide innovative solutions to construction-related challenges. · Use your computer knowledge to efficiently manage project documentation, CAD-drawing, MS-Office reports, and data analysis.
