Job Description

Job Summary: The Backend Executive will be responsible for managing employee onboarding documentation, ensuring timely creation of statutory accounts, and maintaining accurate candidate data. This role involves handling UAN and ESIC creation, collecting and verifying KYC documents, and supporting backend HR operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Create and manage UAN numbers for newly joined employees. Collect and verify KYC documents (Aadhar, PAN, Bank details, etc.) from newly joined candidates. Register and maintain employees’ ESIC accounts accurately. Ensure all KYC and statutory documents are properly stored and updated in the company database. Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams for smooth onboarding processes. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all employee information. Support in generating reports and updating records as required.
