We are seeking a passionate and skilled Backend Engineer to join our growing engineering
team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining backend services that
power our applications. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail,
and hands-on experience with Node.js, MongoDB, NestJS, and TypeScript. You will
collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and DevOps teams to
deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
• Build reusable, modular, and efficient backend services using NestJS and TypeScript.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs.
• Design and optimize MongoDB schemas and queries for high performance.
• Implement robust authentication, authorization, and security practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following industry best practices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance in production.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and suggest improvements in system design.
• 3–5 years of backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with NestJS framework.
• Strong understanding of MongoDB (schema design, aggregation pipelines, indexing).
• Knowledge of RESTful API design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
