What you'll work on:

You’ll be building backend systems that power enterprise-grade AI workflow tools, integrating LLMs and automation tools into real-world products. If you're hands-on with Python and can take projects from idea to deployment—this is your playground.

Must-Have Skills:

• Python, FastAPI
• MongoDB / NoSQL databases
• Experience hosting, deploying, and presenting backend solutions
• Startup mindset: a

  builder and a hustler

Good-to-Have / Bonus Skills:

• Experience with LLMs (Chat/Voice), GenAI tools
• Workflow automation tools like n8n, Make.com
• Temporal, Kubernetes, EKS, Vector DBs
• Building B2B AI applications or enterprise AI workflows
• VBA, AI stack familiarity, RPA tools

Hiring Process:

• Assignment - Building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) chatbot
• Tech R1 - Based on the Assignment (live coding round)
• Tech R2 - Technical QnA + live coding round
