Job Description

Backend Developer (MongoDB + Golang/Java)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain backend services using
Golang or Java
(minimum working knowledge required).
Design, implement, and optimize
MongoDB
schemas, queries, and performance.
Build scalable
REST APIs
and backend components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality features.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Support deployment processes and ensure smooth integration with existing systems.
Contribute to improving overall system performance and reliability.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with
MongoDB
(data modeling, indexing, performance tuning).
Working knowledge of
Golang or Java
for backend development.
Solid understanding of API development and microservice principles.
Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and basic DevOps workflows.
Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
