  • B2B Sales Engagement & Account Growth:

    • Proactively identify, target, and engage with key decision-makers (Engineering Heads, Program Managers, Sourcing Teams) at Automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and innovative startups requiring electronic design and embedded development support.
    • Conduct in-depth discovery meetings (both virtual and in-person) to understand client-specific technical challenges, project requirements, and strategic goals.
    • Present Autobitnex's capabilities and propose tailored, value-driven solutions across hardware design, software development, diagnostics, and testing.
    • Develop and nurture long-term strategic relationships with new and existing B2B accounts, acting as their primary technical and commercial point of contact.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification and opportunity creation to proposal submission and deal closure, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline and accurate CRM data.
  • Technical Solutioning & Proposal Development:

    • Serve as the crucial liaison between client engineering teams and Autobitnex's internal R&D and engineering teams, translating complex client requirements into clear internal specifications.
    • Collaborate closely with our engineering and project management teams to prepare detailed technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and precise cost estimations for customized solutions.
    • Articulate the technical and business value proposition of Autobitnex's offerings, demonstrating how our solutions reduce development costs, accelerate time-to-market, and enhance product performance.
  • Market Insight & Strategic Alignment:

    • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis in automotive electronics, including emerging trends in EV modules, sensor integration, ECU consolidation, and new communication protocols.
    • Gather client feedback and market insights to contribute to product roadmap discussions, ensuring our service offerings align with actual industry demand.
  • Sales & Marketing Support:

    • Contribute to the development of compelling technical sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and demonstration materials.
    • Represent Autobitnex at relevant industry expos, conferences, vendor meets, and roadshows to network, generate leads, and showcase our innovative solutions.
    • Where relevant, actively present Autobitnex's Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) Testing as a Service offering to validation teams, explaining its benefits in reducing project costs and timelines.
  • Mandatory:

    Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
  • Preferred:

    Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) in Marketing, Strategy, or Business Development is a strong plus.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong Technical Acumen:

    In-depth understanding of automotive electronics, embedded system design, ECU development, and related protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet, Functional Safety, EV charging).
  • Proven B2B Sales Track Record:

    2-6 years of progressive experience in B2B technical sales, presales, or business development, with a preference for experience within the automotive, industrial technology, or embedded systems domains.
  • Consultative Selling:

    Demonstrated ability to deeply understand complex client needs, ask insightful questions, and effectively position technical solutions.
  • Exceptional Communication:

    Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Relationship Management:

    Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Negotiation & Closing:

    Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
  • Market Research & Analysis:

    Capability to conduct thorough market research and derive actionable insights for business growth.
  • Self-Motivated & Results-Oriented:

    A proactive approach to achieving sales targets, coupled with strong organizational and time management skills.
