We partner with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers to deliver customized embedded systems , electronic control units (ECUs) , and vehicle electronic modules across various domains including powertrain, infotainment, and electric mobility. We are now looking to hire a Business Development & Marketing Manager to build strategic relationships with automotive clients and guide product-market alignment through detailed industry research. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Outreach & Relationship Building: Identify and approach automotive OEMs and Tier-1 companies requiring electronic design and embedded development support. Engage with engineering heads, program managers, and sourcing teams to understand their product needs. Present Autobitnex capabilities and propose collaborative development models . 2. Marketing & Sales Strategy Execution: Develop technical brochures, company profiles, and case studies to support customer conversations. Plan and run email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach , and follow-up pipelines. Participate in relevant industry expos, vendor meets, or roadshows to network and showcase offerings. 3. Product & Market Research: Perform competitive benchmarking and analyze market trends in automotive electronics (e.g., EV modules, sensor integration, ECU consolidation). Conduct customer requirement gathering sessions and translate findings into potential product features or service offerings . Help define product roadmap suggestions based on actual demand patterns from the field. 4. Proposal Creation & Follow-up: Work closely with internal engineering teams to prepare custom proposals and cost estimations . Track follow-ups, maintain prospect pipelines, and support deal closure . 5. (Add-on Role) HIL Testing Services: Where relevant, present Autobitnexs Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) Testing as a Service offering to validation teams. Explain how the service can reduce project costs and timelines for clients seeking flexible test solutions. Required Candidate Profile: Educational Qualifications: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics / Instrumentation MBA in Marketing / Strategy / Business Development is preferred but not mandatory Skills & Competencies: Strong grasp of automotive electronics and embedded system design Ability to communicate technical offerings in business terms to clients Experience in B2B sales , preferably in automotive or industrial technology domains Capability to conduct market research and draw insights for product planning Professional communication skills both verbal and written Work Experience: 2 to 6 years in business development, presales, or technical marketing Prior experience in selling to OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers , or working in embedded development companies is highly desirable Work Location: On-site role based in Manesar, Haryana Will require occasional travel to customer sites, expos, or supplier meetings

Market Insight & Strategic Alignment: Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis in automotive electronics, including emerging trends in EV modules, sensor integration, ECU consolidation, and new communication protocols. Sales & Marketing Support: Contribute to the development of compelling technical sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and demonstration materials. Where relevant, actively present Autobitnex's Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) Testing as a Service offering to validation teams, explaining its benefits in reducing project costs and timelines. Mandatory: Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Engineer with a strong background in Electric Vehicle (EV) Electrical & Electronics (E&E) and Powertrain system design, specifically leveraging Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles and tools. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in defining comprehensive architectures, detailed specifications, and validation strategies for our next-generation EV 2-wheeler functional systems. Experience with PREEVISION is a mandatory requirement for this role. Key Responsibilities: Define overall E&E and Powertrain architectures for EV 2-wheelers, including VCU, BMS, Display/HMI, OBC, motor, controller, and battery pack. This encompasses logical, physical, and functional architectural aspects. Develop detailed functional and non-functional specifications for all E&E and powertrain components and systems. Design vehicle network communication architectures (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and define message structures, data dictionaries, and gateway functionalities. Detail specifications for low-voltage and high-voltage wiring harnesses, incorporating EMC/EMI considerations. Define cybersecurity requirements (secure boot, secure communication, intrusion detection, ISO/SAE 21434 compliance). Specify on-board diagnostics (OBD), remote diagnostics (UDS, DoIP), and Over-the-Air (OTA) update (FOTA/SOTA) functionalities, including data logging strategies. Assess and outline functional safety requirements (e.g., ASIL levels) for critical E&E and powertrain components in accordance with ISO 26262. Develop high-level test strategies, including Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test cases, and define Design Verification Plan (DVP) specifications, including component validation criteria.
