You will be responsible for exposure towards underwriting and risk, effective management of ALM and Treasury Management, and working towards strategic alliances. Your key responsibilities will include identifying partnership opportunities, pitching products, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and making data-driven decisions. You should possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and be flexible, self-driven, and proactive. Qualifications required for this role include being a CA or MBA (Finance) with a deep understanding of financial institutions, preferably with 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
