Job description The incumbent will be responsible for underwriting secured and unsecured proposals for loan customers as per the laid down policies & procedures to honor the agreed SLAs and manage city/area business volumes. To conduct personal discussions with customers to establish creditworthiness. The incumbent will ensure completion of credit/KYC documents and verification- telephonic, field & collateral visits. To coordinate with sales to achieve targets and ensure TAT or SLAs are met. To ensure credit policy adherence to the accepted standards. To control and contain front-end delinquencies by calling up customers on the first presentation. To manage and supervise a team of credit underwriters and provide guidelines. Experience - 1 - 2 years Salary Range - up to 3.5 LPA (Depending on experience and the interview feedback)
CS intern JD - Assist in drafting minutes of Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGM), and other committee meetings. Help maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries. Support the preparation and filing of various ROC (Registrar of Companies) forms and returns. Conduct research on legal and compliance matters as required. Assist in drafting resolutions and notices. Support in managing company policies and secretarial documentation. Ensure adherence to timelines as per the Companies Act, 2013. Coordinate with internal departments and regulatory bodies when necessary.
