Key Responsibilities: ● Reach out to incoming leads via email, WhatsApp, or phone and update their status in the CRM tracker. ● Own and maintain lead trackers, ensuring accurate records of communication, deal stage, and next actions. ● Follow up with leads consistently, as per defined SOPs, to move them down the conversion funnel. ● Respond promptly to inbound queries from campaigns and emailers. ● Collaborate with design, content, and operations teams to fulfill custom client requests and ensure seamless onboarding. ● Assist in generating performance insights and reports using Excel.
