Company Description

We’re building India’s smartest healthy food franchise – FitBar – a kiosk that sits inside

gyms, offices, and tech parks. We’re on a mission to turn India into a protein-surplus nation,

and we’re doing it with tech, food, and partnerships.


Your Role:

You’ll be the front face of FitBar’s expansion. You’ll reach out to:

● Gym owners → pitch them on hosting FitBars inside their gyms.

● Working professionals → pitch them on becoming franchise owners.


What You’ll Do:

● Prospect gyms and corporates for FitBar installations

● Call and meet potential franchise partners

● Explain franchise economics (investment, ROI, breakeven)

● Own the closure from lead to signing MOU

● Hit weekly targets for partner onboarding


You’re a fit if you:

● Are persuasive, driven, and outcome-oriented

● Have 1-4 years of B2B/channel/franchise sales experience

● Can work with Google Sheets, CRM tools, and cold outreach

● Are comfortable doing both field and phone sales

● Fixed Salary (4LPA - 8LPA) + Incentives (₹5k–₹30k per closure)
