Job Description

Role Overview

B2B

Key Responsibilities

Research and verify
B2B contact and company data globally using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, Clay, Demand Base and company websites
Enrich and update CRM records
with accurate details (e.g., job title, department, location, LinkedIn URL, business email, company size, revenue, tech stack).
Build targeted prospect lists
aligned to the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) defined by Sales and Marketing.
Validate data accuracy and remove duplicates
to maintain a clean CRM environment.
Collaborate daily with SDR leaders
to ensure priority accounts and campaigns are well supported with relevant, accurate data.
Tag, segment, and structure data
within the CRM for efficient SDR access.
Ensure all enrichment activities comply with
GDPR and data privacy standards
.

Required Skills and Experience

1-4 years of experience in
data research, lead generation, or CRM enrichment
(B2B SaaS experience preferred).
Familiarity with Sales Force and
ata enrichment platforms
(ZoomInfo, Apollo, Demand Base, Sales Nav,Clay etc.).
Strong
Excel/Google Sheets
skills for cleaning and analysing data.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
Good written English for interpreting LinkedIn and website data.
Experience supporting
North America or EMEA sales teams
is an advantage.
