B2B Sales & Partnerships Manager

About the Role:

Join Yuukke, India’s first women-powered marketplace for conscious living. We are looking for a dynamic B2B Sales & Partnerships Manager to drive corporate gifting partnerships and help brands celebrate festivals and milestones while empowering women entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture partnerships with corporates for bulk festive and corporate gifting.
• Pitch Yuukke’s conscious commerce story to CSR heads, procurement leaders, and HR teams.
• Manage the end-to-end corporate gifting sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → closing → servicing.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design customized gifting solutions for clients.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional post-sale experience.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, marketplaces, or commerce.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Passion for conscious commerce and women empowerment.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and drive results.
