About the Role: Join Yuukke, India’s first women-powered marketplace for conscious living. We are looking for a dynamic B2B Sales & Partnerships Manager to drive corporate gifting partnerships and help brands celebrate festivals and milestones while empowering women entrepreneurs. Key Responsibilities: Build and nurture partnerships with corporates for bulk festive and corporate gifting. Pitch Yuukke’s conscious commerce story to CSR heads, procurement leaders, and HR teams. Manage the end-to-end corporate gifting sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → closing → servicing. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design customized gifting solutions for clients. Drive revenue growth and achieve quarterly sales targets. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional post-sale experience. Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, marketplaces, or commerce. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Passion for conscious commerce and women empowerment. Self-starter with ability to work independently and drive results.
