B2B Sales Manager- Holiday Packages

The primary objective of this role is to drive sales revenue and profitability for the organization by expanding the product and service offerings to a wide range of clients. You will be responsible for enhancing the visibility of Travellers Choices products among potential agents and continuously updating the product portfolio to meet market demands. Additionally, you will focus on leveraging our online portal and in-house quotation tool to capitalize on market opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include establishing Travellers Choices as a destination expert among Tour Operators, Travel Agents, and potential customers, as well as recruiting new agents across different market segments at regular intervals. You will be tasked with achieving and surpassing monthly and yearly sales targets, monitoring industry trends and competitor activities, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales support. We are seeking a candidate with a strong grasp of holiday packages, UAE and other key destinations, travel trends, field sales, and sales strategies. Excellent communication skills and the ability to cultivate enduring client relationships are essential for this role. Previous experience in Destination Management (DMC) or a travel agency/Online Travel Agents is mandatory, along with a comprehensive understanding of the UAE as a destination. A minimum of 2-8 years of experience in Corporate sales or Business development management, coupled with a willingness to engage in field sales, is required. Preference will be given to candidates residing in any district of Gujarat who meet the specified criteria.,
