Role & Responsibilities: Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to expand the wholesale and export business. Identify and acquire wholesale buyers, distributors, corporate clients, and export partners . Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, international buyers, and key stakeholders . Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends. Negotiate pricing, bulk order deals, and contract terms to maximize profitability. Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams for smooth order processing and timely deliveries. Represent DVK HANDICRAFT at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events . Maintain sales records, generate reports, and track performance metrics using CRM tools. Ensure timely follow-ups with potential and existing clients to drive sales conversions. Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience: 3-7 years in B2B sales, exports, or wholesale business , preferably in handicrafts, textiles, or home dcor . Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field . Skills Required: Strong business development, negotiation, and client acquisition skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Knowledge of export documentation, international trade regulations, and payment terms is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics . Other Requirements: Self-motivated and results-driven. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade fairs .
