B2B Sales Executive Domestic & International Markets

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
  • Target key stakeholders such as architects, interior designers, builders, dealers, distributors, and project-based companies.
  • Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and industry events.

2. Sales Pitching & Product Presentation:

  • Present and promote our product portfolio with a strong emphasis on USPs, technical features, and design relevance in architecture and interior industries.
  • Tailor pitches to suit varying client profiles across different regions and cultural contexts.

3. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with domestic and international clients.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, address client queries, and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Market Research & Intelligence:

  • Conduct ongoing market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and international market dynamics.
  • Identify potential new markets and expansion opportunities.

5. Sales Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed records of client meetings, leads, inquiries, follow-ups, and deal status.
  • Prepare periodic reports and share progress with management in a structured format.

6. PAN India & International Travel:

  • Willingness to travel across India and internationally for client meetings, exhibitions, trade shows, or project follow-ups.
  • All business travel expenses reimbursed as per company policy.

7. Target Achievement:

  • Drive B2B sales and meet defined sales targets and KPIs.
  • Contribute actively to business growth in both domestic and global markets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • 3 to 7 years of proven experience in B2B sales / business development:

    construction-related product segments such as:
    • Door handles/fittings
    • Bathroom accessories
    • Modular hardware
    • Glass fittings, etc.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; additional foreign language skills are a plus.
  • Confident in delivering presentations and pitches to professional and high-value clients.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Email, and CRM tools.
