Job Description

Role : B2B Sales Executive

Experience : 1-3 years

Location : Bangalore

Work mode : Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential startups for enrollment into the Startup Synergy ecosystem.
  • Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, & networking
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and networking events to promote the platforms value proposition.
  • Develop and implement strategies to onboard startups without CSR funding, leveraging alternative methods such as partnerships, bootstrapped models, and self-funded enrollments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with startup founders, incubators, accelerators, and other ecosystem players.
  • Gather insights on startup needs and tailor enrollment strategies accordingly.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Maintain records, track progress, and report enrollment metrics.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B Sales, business development, startup ecosystem.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for startups and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet enrollment targets.
  • Experience in startup accelerators, incubators, or business development is a plus.
