B2B Sales Executive

As a Business Development Executive B2B focusing on school outreach, your role will involve engaging with school decision-makers such as Principals and Academic Coordinators to promote and integrate career counseling solutions. This position requires proactive and driven individuals who are willing to undertake frequent field visits, build relationships, and execute targets in the education sector. Key Responsibilities: - Regular visits to CBSE and ICSE schools in Pune and surrounding areas. - Utilize existing connections with school decision-makers to establish long-term partnerships. - Present and promote career counseling solutions to educational institutions. - Ensure successful onboarding and implementation of the product in schools. - Drive student enrollments and meet specified revenue targets. - Maintain comprehensive records of outreach activities, follow-ups, and closures. Qualifications Required: - Experience in B2B business development or sales, preferably in the education sector. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proven track record of meeting targets and deadlines. - Knowledge of CBSE and ICSE school systems is a plus. Please note that the role involves full-time, permanent employment with workdays from Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays. The work hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The salary range is between 40,000 to 60,000 per month, based on your last drawn salary and interview performance. Additionally, you will receive a travel allowance of up to 5,000 per month along with performance incentives. You will be working in a day shift at various school locations in Pune and nearby regions. Proficiency in English is preferred for this role.
