Alongside its flagship undergraduate and executive programs, Bower SEED (School of Early Entrepreneurial Development) introduces entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and design thinking programs to K12 schools across India, nurturing creativity and problem-solving skills among students.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Sales Executive - School Partnerships located in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing partnerships with schools, conducting demo presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role involves understanding the needs of educational institutions and aligning them with Bower's programs, maintaining relationship with existing partners and generating new leads. Regular travel to meet with potential and existing partners is required. This is a on-field institutional sales role that demands strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

> School Outreach & Lead Generation

  • Identify and visit potential schools across assigned territories.
  • Generate leads through cold visits, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain a minimum of 56 quality visits per day.
  • Map key stakeholders in each school (Principal, Director, Academic Heads, etc.).

> Pitching & Presentations

  • Conduct one-on-one and group presentations with school leadership teams.
  • Deliver impactful program demos to showcase SEED's offerings (Entrepreneurship, Design Thinking, Financial Literacy, Robotics, etc.).
  • Handle objections and tailor the pitch according to the school's needs.

> Sales Closure & Conversion

  • Negotiate pricing and finalize MoUs with schools.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly school acquisition targets.
  • Ensure post-sale coordination for program delivery handover to the operations team.

> Reporting & Data Management

  • Maintain a daily visit log and report outcomes in CRM/DSR (Daily Sales Report).
  • Track conversion funnel from demo ? negotiation ? closure.
  • Provide weekly insights to the Growth Manager for strategy refinement.

> Travel & Representation

  • Travel across the assigned zone to meet prospective schools.
  • Represent Bower at local school events, fairs, and expos when required.

Experience:

  • 13 years of on-field B2B sales experience (education, edtech, or institutional sales preferred).
  • Freshers with strong communication and hustle mindset may also apply.

  • Knowledge of the education sector and market dynamics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets
  • Relevant experience in B2B sales or partnership development
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
