B2B Sales Executive Corporate Gifting

Job Summary

B2B Sales Executive (Corporate Gifting)

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate

    corporate leads

    via cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, references, and databases
  • Pitch

    corporate gifting solutions

    to HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing & CXO stakeholders
  • Understand client requirements (budget, quantity, branding, timelines)
  • Recommend suitable gifting options (standard & customized)
  • Prepare quotations, samples coordination, and follow-ups
  • Close bulk orders and achieve

    monthly revenue targets

  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, sourcing, operations) for order execution
  • Maintain CRM with leads, deals, and repeat client data
  • Build long-term corporate relationships for

    repeat festive & annual orders

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-Have)

  • 2-6 years of experience in

    B2B sales / corporate sales / bulk sales

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience handling

    corporate clients and decision-makers

  • Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
  • Target-oriented and deadline-driven
  • Basic CRM knowledge (Zoho / Excel / any sales tracker)
  • Graduate in any discipline

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Prior experience in

    corporate gifting, promotional products, merchandise, printing, packaging, events, or branding

  • Experience dealing with

    HR, Admin, Procurement, or Marketing teams

  • Understanding of

    branding, customization, and bulk pricing

  • Existing corporate contacts (bonus, not mandatory)

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • Strong understanding of product catalog & pricing
  • Active corporate pipeline with repeat prospects
  • Closed initial orders (festive / onboarding / event gifting)
  • Clear movement toward monthly targets
