Role Description

This is an internship role for a B2B Sales Executive – IndiaMART at MATSYAVEDA located in New Delhi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role involves on-site work and requires proactive engagement with potential business partners.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Follow-up

• Contact potential clients via calls and emails from IndiaMART inquiries.
• Qualify leads and build a rapport to understand customer needs.

1. Sales Conversion

• Explain product details, pricing, and offers clearly to close deals.
• Negotiate and convert leads into successful orders.

1. CRM Management

• Log interactions, follow-ups, and status updates in CRM software.
• Maintain accurate records of client communication and order progress.

1. Customer Relationship Management

• Address queries and concerns promptly.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with regular clients.
