Role Overview:

B2B Sales Officers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage new B2B clients including distributors, retailers, hotels, and restaurants.
  • Drive sales performance to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Promote and sell bulk skim milk and butter to institutional and bulk customers.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure effective market coverage, product visibility, and timely payment collections.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide insights on competition, pricing, and customer preferences.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    25 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the

    dairy or FMCG sector

    .
  • Skills:

    Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Qualification:

    Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Other:

    Must have a two-wheeler and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
