Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven B2B Visa Consultants to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions such as colleges, schools, and coaching centers. The role requires extensive fieldwork including door-to-door visits, educational seminars, and consulting students and parents on study visa and immigration opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new agents, connect with colleges, schools, coaching centers, and educational institutions for partnership opportunities.
• Conduct regular visits to institutions and conduct presentations/seminars to promote visa consulting services.
• Provide face-to-face visa counseling to students and parents at homes, campuses, and offices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at schools and colleges.
• Generate leads through field activities and convert them into potential clients.
• Support marketing campaigns and organize awareness drives or student orientation sessions.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in field sales, visa consulting, or education counseling is preferred.
• Must be willing to travel extensively for field visits.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English and local language).
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
