Role & Responsibilities

As a B2B Sales Consultant, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Engage with qualified leads generated by our

    Lead Generation Team

  • Connect with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and emails

  • Present our Corporate Workshop Proposals

    to HR professionals, L&D managers, and key decision-makers
  • Follow up

    with leads professionally and consistently to build trust and drive conversions
  • Close deals

    by communicating the value of FUTURE LIFT’s services
  • Maintain records of communication, lead status, and sales progress in Google Sheets
  • Work with the marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding of clients
  • Understand FUTURE LIFT’s services thoroughly

    and tailor your pitch to client needs
  • Suggest improvements to pitch strategy and prospect targeting for higher conversion
  • Help identify potential client sectors and regions for new outreach

  • Reach and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Build long-term client relationships and referral opportunities
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and content gaps in the pitch deck or proposal

Compensation & Rewards
