We are looking for a proactive and ambitious B2B Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience to help grow our client base and strengthen existing relationships. You will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying potential business customers, presenting tailored solutions, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and contact potential business clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
• Understand client needs and present relevant products or services.
• Conduct product demos, virtual or in-person meetings, and proposal presentations.
• Maintain and develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with business clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales progress using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, client servicing, or business development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in presenting to and negotiating with decision-makers.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
