Job Description

As a Dynamic B2B SaaS Sales Expert at ProductNOVA, your primary goal is to drive business growth for both ProductNOVA and its customers by building a strong pipeline and driving conversions. Your role will involve excelling in selling B2B SaaS product offerings and Consulting/Tech services through a customer-centric approach to ensure high conversion rates and long-term business impact. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential customers for the company through various marketing lead generation platforms. - Enhance and build the leads pipeline of the company while maintaining an efficient Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC). - Pursue and convert customers, ensuring a good conversion rate. - Drive Marketing and Sales of the company. - Lead the Presales team in qualifying leads and reaching out to potential customers. - Retain and scale existing customers. - Build efficient product pitch materials and present the company's offerings to customers. - Continuously work on pricing strategies and negotiate deals with customers effectively. - Own revenue targets and passionately drive towards achieving them. - Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to exceed revenue and profitability goals. - Provide leadership with market insights, pricing shifts, and competitive analysis. - Create, nurture, manage, and grow the sales team. - Drive operational excellence at every stage of the sales funnel and buyer's journey. - Work closely with leadership to align strategy with sales growth. - Make data-driven decisions and be accountable for results. - Define accountability within the company by developing appropriate metrics. Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product sales, with a background in building systems of revenue growth and product selling in startup companies. - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields; MBA preferred. - Proven track record of growing revenue through sales, marketing, and partnerships. - Experience in developing and executing B2B SaaS Marketing and Sales strategy. - Ability to make data-driven decisions based on business metrics. - Inspirational leadership style with a hands-on approach. - Commitment to integrity, customer service, and positive organizational interactions.
