B2B Insurance Sales (Motor & Health Insurance)

You will be joining our team as a Relationship Manager (RM) in the B2B Insurance vertical, specifically focusing on Motor and Health Insurance. Your primary responsibility will be to onboard agents (partners) and drive business through them by providing the right product mix, training, and continuous support. Your main duties will include identifying, onboarding, and activating insurance agents for health and motor insurance products. You will need to build strong and lasting relationships with these agents to ensure a consistent flow of business. Conducting training sessions and product briefings for agents will also be a crucial part of your role. Meeting business targets through the agent network, ensuring smooth policy issuance, and coordinating post-sales service with internal teams will be essential tasks. Additionally, tracking agent performance and offering regular support and motivation will contribute to your success in this position. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales of health or motor insurance. An existing network of insurance agents (partners) is a mandatory requirement. You must possess a strong understanding of motor and health insurance products. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills are essential.
