You are being hired as a Relationship Manager (RM) for the B2B Insurance vertical specializing in Motor and Health Insurance at GroMo. Your primary responsibility will be to onboard agents (partners) and drive business through them by providing the right product mix, training, and support. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify, onboard, and activate insurance agents for health and motor insurance products. - Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to ensure consistent business flow. - Conduct training sessions and product briefings for agents. - Achieve business targets through the agent (partner) network. - Ensure smooth policy issuance and post-sales service through coordination with internal teams. - Track agent performance and provide regular support and motivation. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales of health or motor insurance. - An existing network of insurance agents (partners) is mandatory. - Strong understanding of motor and health insurance products. - Good communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. - Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
