Job Description

As a Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to connect with businesses, qualify leads, and convert interest into opportunities for our sales team. You will play a crucial role as the initial point of contact for potential clients. Your key responsibilities will include making calls to business leads through cold/warm outreach, presenting SaaS solutions that are tailored to their specific needs, scheduling demos with the senior sales team, updating and managing the CRM system with call details and outcomes, consistently following up to drive conversions, and achieving monthly lead and conversion targets. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 1+ years of experience in B2B telesales or inside sales, preferably in the SaaS industry. Strong communication skills in English are essential for effectively engaging with clients. You should be confident in handling objections and closing deals, as well as be familiar with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, etc. A target-driven mindset, self-starting attitude, and strong organizational skills are also key attributes we are looking for in potential candidates.
