Job Description

The Branch Manager will be responsible for B2B branch operations, sales performance, market penetration, and team leadership for B2B Division Special display Products.

He will lead a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) across IFP, Commercial Display, and Appliances verticals, ensuring consistent revenue growth from:

  • Schools & Colleges
  • Universities & Training Institutions
  • Hospitals & Healthcare Groups
  • Corporate Offices & IT Parks
  • Dealers, Distributors & AV System Integrators

The Branch Manager strong brand presence and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Branch Leadership & Revenue Ownership

  • Lead the entire branch and own the sales target, profitability, and operations.
  • Build and execute growth strategies for Special Display, IFP, and video walls, and all Visual solutions.

2. Team Management (ASM Supervision)

  • Supervise and guide Area Sales Managers across different product verticals.
  • Set monthly targets, review daily sales activities, and ensure pipeline movement.
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews and market audits.

3. Market Penetration & Expansion

  • Expand brand presence in schools, colleges, hospitals, corporates, and B2B sectors.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers: principals, trustees, IT heads, corporate admins, purchase heads, procurement teams, architects, and AV consultants.
  • Drive new channel development and create visibility in emerging territories.

4. Corporate & Institutional Sales Expertise

  • Handle high-value institutional deals for:
  • Interactive Flat Panels
  • Commercial Displays
  • LED Panels & Video Walls
  • Educational Software & Classroom Solutions
  • Special Displays & Meeting Room Solutions
  • Support ASMs during major demos, negotiations, and proposal closures.

5. Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Identify market trends, competitor pricing, and new opportunities.
  • Create monthly and quarterly business plans for the branch.
  • Improve sales processes, reporting structure, and territory management.

6. Key Account Management

  • Build and nurture long-term strategic accounts (schools, college groups, hospitals, corporates).
  • Ensure recurring orders, AMC contracts, and cross-selling opportunities.

7. Operational Responsibility

  • Coordinate with service team for timely installations & customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure branch documentation, billing, and collections follow company standards.
  • Maintain overall discipline and administrative control of the branch.

Skills & Qualifications Required

Education:

  • Any degree (MBA preferred).
  • Technical knowledge in Electronics / IT / AV products is an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 810+ years experience in
  • Corporate sales
  • Institutional/EdTech sales
  • Display/AV solutions
  • IT hardware/software solutions
  • Minimum 35 years in a team-leading or managerial role.
  • Proven track record in achieving high-value sales targets.

Technical & Functional Skills:

  • Strong understanding of:
  • Interactive displays
  • LED walls & signage
  • ERP / LMS / EdTech solutions
  • AV integration processes
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong analytical & planning capabilities.
